I enjoyed meeting the wonderful people at the session and thought we had a really good start. I also enjoyed the presentation by Khalid and was glad I got the chance to hear the full story. I thought the session could have ended more in the spirit of how it began, which was to explore questions that mattered to us. As I have experienced elsewhere (see my article on Humane Organizing which I will post elsewhere on this site) that it is difficult to have productive nonagenda sessions! I hope we will have more opportunity to learn....

How wonderful to be able to experience a wiki. About the mixed feelings... I didn't know anything about wikinomics (except for wikipedia). My feeling is that the session was more about improvisation than wikinomics (but I could very well be mistaken there). I liked the metaphor of music a lot and enjoyed the people and the sharing of thoughts and experiences. But I did not get the full meaning of the connection between improvisation and wikinomics. Probably this wiki will contribute to an exploration and experience of impronomics, so I think it is a great idea to create this wiki and continue our conversation this way!

The session was great, in general. Some participants have pre-set minds where they want all whole session is prepared in advance. Wow!! This is not filling the gaps or the blanks activity. The participants were expected to act spontaneously and feel comfortable. But, I felt that we were pushing them out of their comfort zone. At the beginning, they were resisting the change which is normal act in any organization. Later, they started to feel the joy and listen to one another and share. Some participants were not feeling and listening to the song "energy" inside them. I like sessions with no agenda. Just act normal..
